KOLEJ CANSELOR- The Golden Jubilee Celebration of Kolej Canselor was organized by the Kolej Canselor Student Representative Council (Session 2024/2025) in collaboration with the Student Union, the Student Affairs Department, Kolej Canselor’s Management, Waqf, Zakat and Infak Management Center (WAZAN), and the Alumni Relations Centre. The program took place from Monday, 19 May 2025, to Sunday, 25 May 2025, at Kolej Canselor, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

A wide range of engaging activities were held throughout the celebration, involving participation from the UPM community, the public, and alumni from the Fourth College, Sixth College and Kolej Canselor.

The celebration began earlier on 15th of May with Podcast: Alumni Unplugged and the Grand Yasin Recital. During the jubilee week, various activities ran concurrently, including the Bite & Bliss Bazaar and Playtopia!, both of which drew large crowds and created a cheerful, interactive atmosphere.

One of the main highlights of the week was Mystery Manor: Escape the Haunted, an escape room-style challenge based on a haunted house theme, held daily throughout the event. Its mysterious and unique nature made it a major attraction among visitors.

Other notable activities included the Spicy Challenge, busking sessions, and Open Mic Mini. Spiritual programs such as the Quran Handover Session, Yasin Recitation and Tahlil Prayers were also well received by students. The week was further enlivened by various other programmes organized by each secretariat of the Kolej Canselor Student Representative Council.

The excitement peaked with alumni-centered events involving graduates from the Fourth College, Sixth College, and Kolej Canselor, such as the Softball Alumni: Slowpitch Friendly, Open Block Day with Alumni, and Town Hall: Alumni Beyond the Story. The celebration concluded with a performance by guest singer Afiq Adnan during the Putra Grand Stage showcase.

Through this celebration, students not only had the opportunity to interact with alumni but also to showcase their talents, enhance their soft skills, and build strong intergenerational networks. The Golden Jubilee was not just a celebration of history but a powerful reminder of unity and collective spirit in striving for a brighter future.
