KOLEJ CANSELOR- On February 14, 2025 (Friday), a session with the Administrative Officer, Encik Mohd Syawal Sauti, was held at the Kolej Canselor’s Hall. The program lasted for two hours, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This session involved 33 members of the Chancellor College Representative Council for the 2024/2025 session. The activities during the session were an introduction to the administrative staff, procedures for borrowing equipment in the college, financial claim procedures, accommodation procedures, and the management of internal and external college programs.

It is hoped that this session will provide a deeper understanding for the Chancellor College Representative Council members regarding the procedures and management practices related to their responsibilities at Kolej Canselor. The introduction to the administrative staff helps the Council members recognize the resources they can refer to when facing issues related to college management. This session also strengthened their knowledge of important procedures, such as equipment borrowing, financial claims, accommodation, as well as the management of internal and external programs. As a result, it can support the effectiveness of college operations. Additionally, this session also fosters better cooperation between the Chancellor College Representative Council and the college management, moving towards greater efficiency and professionalism in their work.
