UPM, Serdang  – PEWARIS Leadership Camp 2024 was successfully executed from 21 February 2024 to 25 February 2024 at Chancellor College, Universiti Putra Malaysia and Kalumpang Resort and Training Centre, Selangor. This camp was comprised of 46 participants from Year 1 students of Chancellor College, 37 facilitators from College Representative Council (MPK) and a few of Chancellor College Fellows.

PEWARIS Leadership Camp 2024 was organized by the College Chancellor Representative Council to discover new talents in the field of leadership. This program was carried out with the aim of providing exposure to students to become leaders who possess mental and physical strength to solve problems and overcome challenges. Through this program, students could apply Soft Skills (SS) such as communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, lifelong learning and professional ethics and morals.

Activities of this leadership camp were conducted at Chancellor College and fully facilitated by the College Representative Council. The program began with the opening ceremony and leadership talk by Professor Dr. Amini Amir Abdullah, the Principal of the Chancellor College. Various interesting activities were carried out throughout the camp such as Ice Breaking, Dodgeball, Unipole and Crime Scene Investigation (CSI).

The leadership camp was then continued at Kalumpang Resort and Training Centre from 23^rd February 2024 to 25^th February 2024. Various interesting activities were also conducted in collaboration with Kalumpang Resort and Training Centre, fellows and alumni of Chancellor College to ensure the success of the PEWARIS Leadership Camp 2024. Among the activities carried out were sport activities, Step to Success, Trade Market, Explorace, Night Walk and Treasure Hunt. PEWARIS Leadership Camp 2024 was concluded with a closing ceremony that was conducted by the participants and assisted by the College Representative Council. At 3.00 p.m. on 25^th  February 2024, students began their journey back to Chancellor College.

Participants were performing a group activity (Treasure Hunt) at Kalumpang Resort and Training Centre. 

 The gimmick of handing over the Resolution of the PEWARIS Leadership Camp 2024 with the leaders of the participants, and the best group winner during the closing ceremony.
