CHANCELLOR COLLEGE – The Program Perniagaan Pertanian Siswa (SEEDA), held in conjunction with the 49th Universiti Putra Malaysia Convocation Festival, is an initiative under the HEPA 2025 Food Security Action Plan involving all UPM residential colleges in cultivating and marketing their own agricultural products. This program aims to foster an entrepreneurial culture, enhance practical skills in modern agriculture, and provide students with exposure to real business management. The program was held from 28 November 2025 (Friday) to 5 December 2025 (Friday) at Dataran Menara Putra, Warisan Budi UPM.

Kolej Canselor also participated by operating a sales booth showcasing fertigated chili produce cultivated by the college, with booth management handled on a rotational basis by 43 student volunteers. The implementation and management of the booth were fully coordinated by the Secretariat of Green Sustainability and Food Security, the main committee responsible for the college's agricultural projects. Through this participation, students not only had the opportunity to exhibit the college’s agricultural products but also learned to manage business operations directly throughout the convocation festival.

On 28 November, a best exhibition competition was held to appreciate the efforts and creativity of SEEDA participants. Kolej Canselor successfully secured 4th place and brought home a consolation prize worth RM500. The active involvement of students and the attractive exhibition arrangement made this participation a valuable experience for all volunteers and the college.
