KOLEJ CANSELOR —  Job Offer Check! Green Flag vs Red Flag program online via the UPM Chancellor College YouTube channel (@UPMKC) with the participation of 614 students from UPM, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and external institutions, particularly final-year students.

This program, organized by the Alumni and Career Network Secretariat, College Representative Council for the 2025/2026 session, aims to expose students to evaluating job offers using the 'green flag' and 'red flag' concepts to identify quality employers and avoid the risk of exploitation.

The program, which took place from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM, featured a main slot titled "Preparation for the Next Journey" by Dr. Syarifah Sheril Azlin Syed Baharin, Head of the Career Counseling Section, BKUPM. An interactive Q&A session was also held to help participants understand aspects of job offer evaluation, including salary, benefits, and employer ethics.

This initiative emphasizes graduate employability, in addition to increasing students' awareness and capability to make more informed, safe, and ethical career decisions.
