The Canselor Tarbiyah and Da’wah Club (KTDC) organized the Ihya Ramadan Program
Canselor 2025 throughout the month of Ramadan to foster a spirit of religiosity among
the students of Kolej Canselor. This program encompassed four main activities that
involved active participation from both students and the community, conducted both
online and physically.
Among the activities held was the Tadarus al-Quran Program, which ran from 17 to 30
March online, involving 30 participants who recited from Juz 1 to Juz 30. Throughout
Ramadan, the organizers also published a “1 Hadith for 1 Ramadan” poster daily to
convey brief yet meaningful messages of Islamic teachings.
In addition, a Free Iftar Donation Program was held on 21 March in front of the Kolej
Canselor Hall, where 70 students received food packages as a form of welfare
contribution. Meanwhile, the Lecture on Significant Events in the Month of Ramadan by
Ustaz Mohd Hafiz bin Ghazali, streamed live on YouTube on 27 March, successfully
attracted 248 participants.
This program not only enlivened the spirit of Ramadan on campus but also served as a
medium to strengthen spirituality and unity among students. KTDC's initiative is
commendable as it successfully combined elements of knowledge, charity, and Islamic
appreciation into an inclusive and heartfelt platform.
