FIRST SEMESTER HOLIDAY 2025/2026 SESSION

Please be informed that the above holiday will start from 08 December 2025 until 14 December 2025 (Monday-Sunday) for one (1) week. Accordingly, all Chancellor College students are required to pay attention and take the following actions:

1.ROOM KEY 

The room key does not need to be returned, but all students are required to leave the room in a clean condition, with doors and windows locked and ensure that all electrical appliances are switched off before leaving. Any inventory damage in the room should be reported immediately to the office.

2.STORAGE OF GOODS 

Students can store items in the room but the College Management will not be responsible for the loss or damage of stored items. Make sure to bring valuables home.

3.OFFENSES AND FINE

Students who board other people in their room will be fined RM50.00 and deducted 10 merit points.

Staff and Fellows will conduct inspections in every block and room from time to time to ensure all students comply with the residential college regulations.

You are kindly informed that those wishing to continue staying at Canselor College for the 2025/2026 session are required to submit an online accommodation application through the https://ekolej.upm.edu.my portal, available from 23 June 2025 (Monday) until 27 June 2025 (Friday).

For students currently staying in Titanium Room or Golden Room, you must also complete the Accommodation Continuation Application Form. The form is available via:

Failure to submit the forms within the stipulated period will be taken as a sign of disinterest in continuing accommodation at Canselor College for the upcoming session.
