The college fellows are members of the college management responsible for assisting the college in developing students' character and leadership through activities organized by the students.
The list of duties for the fellows is as follows:
- Serve as advisors to the college-level subcommittees responsible for student activities, and hold meetings with the subcommittees at least once a month.
- Fulfill 40 contact hours per month with students and obtain confirmation from the Principal.
- Assist the College and the Student Affairs Division in academic development, character building, and ensuring the safety, welfare, and discipline of students.
- Take appropriate action in the event of an emergency, accident, busyness, or when a student falls ill.
- Act as a communication channel between staff and students at the college to foster understanding and maintain peace.
