26 Nov. 2023, UPM Serdang - Putra Green Fashion Show has been successfully held with the help of several parties. This program took place on 26 November 2023 at the main stage of the 47th Session of the UPM Convocation Festival.

The main objective of this program is to develop the spirit of recycling among the community by using recycled materials such as plastic bottles, boxes, paper, used magazines and plastic bags to produce attractive and innovative outfits and accessories that have aesthetic values. This program also gives opportunities for participants to sharpen their creativity and talent in the field of fashion.

This program was also assisted by three lecturers who were invited to be judges to evaluate and judge the outfits and accessories produced by the participants.

"Programs like this need to be expanded further and involve outside parties, not only from among UPM students. I am very proud of the implementation of this program.” Say one of the judges in this program.

Throughout the program, the spirit of cooperation can be observed among the participants as they together prepare the clothes and accessories that have been planned in advance. The determination of unique themes and concepts beforehand highlights their fashion identity.

At the end of the program, a few participants were interviewed and they expressed their appreciation to the organizers for giving them the opportunity to explore various activities and a brand new experience.
