FUNCTION

Ensures the welfare of the blocks are guaranteed.

Ensures that infrastructure in the block is kept well.

Create a harmony surrounding among the citizens and the residents of the college block.   

Ensures the participation of the block residents into activities that organized by MTM.

To be liaise between the residents of the blocks with the management of MTM and college management.

Ensures that religious activities such reciting Al-Mulk and Yassin can be done in each floors every week. 

Help college management to achieve KPI.
